Significant Notice

General Disclaimer

FlyerAdvisors.Com arranges your reservations with partners such as airlines, car rental agencies, consolidators, and travel insurance providers. By using this website, you acknowledge that the rates displayed by FlyerAdvisors.Com are the result of negotiations between FlyerAdvisors.Com and travel suppliers and include certain fees charged by them for their services, taxes, and other charges. Except as stated herein, FlyerAdvisors.Com does not handle matters related to travel services beyond the control of FlyerAdvisors.Com or its employees. FlyerAdvisors.Com is not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, nonperformance, irregularity, or any consequence thereof, which may be occasioned through negligence, default, or any other act or inaction of any travel supplier. FlyerAdvisors.Com shall not be liable for any fluctuation in price or change in schedule or accommodations for any travel service that occurs subsequent to the booking and payment for such service. FlyerAdvisors.Com shall not be liable for any cancellation, overbooking, delay, rerouting, strike, weather event, or governmental event that affects your travel reservation made with us. FlyerAdvisors.Com shall not be liable for the representation of travel products and services made available by any provider of travel products and services.

When certain travel reservations are made and paid for, they may be completely non-refundable, or there may be a penalty associated with cancellation. We do not have control over published prices on tickets; although some tickets may have bulk negotiated fares printed on them, others may have a specific value on them that may be different (lower or higher) than the fare collected.

Discounts offered may vary depending on various factors, including airlines used, class of service, destination, season (low, mid, or high), the early notice provided, minimum stay requirements fulfilled, and flight load.

By booking with us, a contract may be formed between you and a travel supplier, and additional terms and conditions may apply to your booking. Please read the additional terms and conditions provided by such a travel supplier carefully. You hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any travel supplier with whom you choose to contract, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the travel supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding the availability and use of fares, products, or services. Some travel suppliers may require you to present a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover additional expenses incurred during your visit or during the use of the reserved products or services. Such a deposit is unrelated to any payment by FlyerAdvisors.Com for your booking. You understand that any violation of a travel supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in the cancellation of your reservation, the denial of access to the particular service element or services, the forfeiture of any amount paid for such reservation(s), and/or our charging your account for any expenses we incur as a result of such violation.

Lower Price Promise

When you make a booking with FlyerAdvisors.Com, we want you to have confidence that you’re getting a great deal. That’s why if you find a lower price (including all fees and charges) for the same flight itinerary offered and available for booking on a major competitor’s website within 24 hours of booking with us, we’ll match that lower price by refunding the difference. Alternatively, if you prefer, we’ll cancel your booking with us for a full refund.

Plan Change

In the event that a covered flight schedule encounters a disruption and all remaining segments on the same ticket are also affected and we are unable to provide a suitable alternative and the ticket has not been used, then a refund can be applied for all trips on that ticket.

Late Check-ins/No Shows

FlyerAdvisors.Com is committed to assisting customers who miss their connecting flight on a qualifying schedule due to circumstances beyond their control. However, if FlyerAdvisors.Com determines (based on information provided by the airline or booking software) that the passenger had sufficient connecting time, any associated expenses will become the passenger’s responsibility in such cases.

When using our Site, you agree to waive any claims against FlyerAdvisors.Com, as well as any of its officers, directors, managers, agents, contractors, or employees, and explicitly agree that neither FlyerAdvisors.Com nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, agents, or employees shall be liable for:

Booking Process

When you use our site, you agree to waive any claims against FlyerAdvisors.Com, its officers, directors, agents, employees, or representatives. You explicitly agree that neither FlyerAdvisors.Com nor any of its subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, or employees will be held responsible for:

  • Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, mental distress, or similar matter.
  • Any delayed departure, missed connections, substitutions of accommodations, service terminations, or changes in fares and rates.

  • Any claim arising out of or related to air, or other transportation services, products, or other elements performed or not performed, or occurring or not occurring, in connection with your itinerary

To be clear (and without limiting the above), FlyerAdvisors.Com is not liable for any canceled flights, missed flights, or flights that do not connect due to any scheduled changes made by the airline. The FlyerAdvisors.Com email confirmation is not the final acceptance of your booking, but only confirmation that we have received your request. We must verify the availability of the relevant service element(s).

If the relevant service element is available, your booking will be processed once full payment is received. The agreement for the relevant booking is formed only when full payment has been received. The agreement between you and the relevant travel supplier will relate only to those service elements confirmed by email with ticket numbers in the case of air or reservation numbers in the case of hotels, cars, or activities.

The details of your reservations (such as price, dates, change, and cancellation policies) are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed with the airline or supplier. Please note that once you have completed the booking, you can only cancel or modify it (such as names and prefixes) in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to the booking system, with such changes taking effect from the date they are posted on the site.

Throughout your travel, you must present an official photo ID for domestic travel and a passport for international travel to be verified for security purposes at the time of check-in at the airport, accommodations, and rental car services by airlines, agencies, hotels, and travel suppliers.

Although the mandatory government photo ID is provided as described in the above paragraph, proof of your nationality or citizenship, which is a passport, is required for international travel (i.e., for travel outside the US). Please note that it is your responsibility to have the required ID proof, visa documents, and other preconditions of the destination you are visiting. Various countries require US nationals to have visas that should be valid during the period of travel or stay in that country. For inquiries about identification documents or visa obligations for travel, you should contact your embassy.

FlyerAdvisors.Com assumes no liability, and you will not be eligible for any refunds if you are denied boarding, delayed, or removed due to non-compliance with the above conditions.

FlyerAdvisors.Com reserves the right to correct any advertised price and, if applicable, offer you the option to either cancel or refund the booking or allow us to find an alternative fare using your given credit or debit card before your flight.

Each service element listed in your booking is provided by the respective travel supplier.

Once you have made your booking, you cannot transfer or change the name(s) or destination(s) listed in your booking.

Your booking will be fulfilled on the delivery date set out in your ticket information email, or, if no delivery date is specified, on the date the ticket is issued, unless there are special circumstances.

The terms of this agreement are based on the specific details outlined in each airline’s agreement of carriage. However, additional charges may apply for fuel, security, baggage, seat reservations, hotel incidentals, and other relevant service fees, which will be charged by the applicable travel supplier at the time of check-in. It is your responsibility to pay any such additional charges to the travel supplier. If you have any questions regarding such charges, please contact the relevant travel supplier directly.

Service element prices do not include liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, baggage protection, drop-off charges, fuel, child safety seats, sky racks, or incidental room charges at the hotel (such as phone calls, movies, energy surcharges, and any applicable increases in taxes). All such charges must be paid at the car rental pick-up location and/or at the hotel check-in counter.

The prices quoted also do not include any additional flight fuel surcharges or other surcharges that may be mandatory from time to time by the relevant travel provider or authorities, all of which must be paid by you.

Payment must be made in full with a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking. FlyerAdvisors.Com accepts all major credit or debit cards with a verifiable address.

By booking with us, you authorize FlyerAdvisors.Com and its authorized third parties to charge your credit or debit card for the full amount of your booking.

You may be required to send us a copy of your credit or debit card and ID proof for verification or to present a credit or debit card at the airport and/or at the car rental pick-up location to provide confirmation of approved card usage and/or to secure any additional charges. The cardholder must be someone listed on your booking.

All promotions, fares, and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice and may include limitations such as advance purchase fares, limited seating availability, minimum or maximum stays, blackout dates, and other conditions and restrictions. The availability of inventory is limited to one year, and penalties and restrictions may apply. Please note that a reservation is not complete until a ticket is issued. In order to protect our customers, we verify the address and card verification number provided for payment with the card issuing company. Until this information is verified, fares may be subject to change. We are not responsible for any declined transactions due to the card being declined by the travel supplier or if we are unable to verify the card information in a timely manner. Additionally, we are not liable for any fare changes or charges that may occur during the verification process. If the fare selected is not available, an approval code may be issued on your card, which will temporarily credit the amount from your account if the transaction is not completed.

Cancel And Exchange

Most of our airline tickets and All Hotel Reservations are non-refundable. However, in some exceptional cases where cancellations are allowed by the airline, credit may be issued towards a future ticket purchase on the same airline for the same person. Please note that the credit issued by the airline provider typically comes with an expiration date, beyond which it cannot be used. To learn about the additional restrictions on your credit, we advise you to get in touch with our customer service representative. If you wish to cancel such a booking, it should be done by calling our customer service center before the scheduled departure of the first flight segment. Please note that we do not guarantee any cancellations.

When you are ready to make your new booking using your airline credit, you will need to pay the fare difference (if any), applicable airline penalties, and any post-ticketing fees charged by FlyerAdvisors.Com. All such changes are subject to the fare rules, policies, and procedures of each airline, which are beyond our control. Please note that we do not make any representation for our exchange fees, except that our agent will assist you in finding your desired new flights and attempt to re-book the new flights based on availability and other factors.

Rental Car Bookings And Laws

All car rentals are non-refundable, and FlyerAdvisors.Com will charge a service fee of up to $40 at the time of booking. Changes and cancellations to car rentals may result in additional fees from both us and the rental provider. At the time of drop-off, you will be required to make full payment for the rental, taxes, fees, and any damages to the car. Renters who do not meet the minimum age requirement will not be allowed to rent and may void the policy agreement. A valid driver’s license and credit card or other pre-approved payment method are required at the time of rental. If the license is in a language other than English and the rental is in the US, most rental companies require an international driver’s permit for renting a full-size van. Additional taxes and service fees may be imposed by the rental agency at the time of pick-up and/or drop-off, and rental reservations cannot be transferred from one person to another. Additional equipment, such as child safety seats and navigation systems, must be requested in advance and is not guaranteed. It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance if you do not already have one, and there will be an additional fee for any “one-way” rentals. This fee may be higher if you pick up the car in one state and drop it off in another, so please check for any surcharges or fees if you will not be returning the car to the same location. Daily rates are based on a 24-hour reservation period, while weekly rates are based on a 5- to 7-day reservation period. Additional fees may apply for cars rented at a different time, date, or location from the original reservation. Unlimited mileage rates have no restrictions on the number of miles you are allowed to drive, although certain geographical restrictions may apply. Miles per day rates specify the maximum number of miles that you are allowed to accumulate, and a per-mile fee will be charged for any additional miles. Drivers must meet age requirements, present a credit card in the driver’s name, and present a valid international driver’s license if required.

If for any reason your payment is not processed or accepted, we will send you an email within 24 hours (for non-credit or debit card payment methods, it may take longer). Before your payment is successfully processed and accepted, if there is a change in the airfare price or any other changes, you will be notified of the change, and you have the right to accept or decline the transaction. If you decline the transaction, you will not be charged.

To provide you with added security, we will not process certain transactions that are deemed risky by our systems unless our card verification team determines it is safe to proceed. We may need to contact you or your bank to verify the validity of such transactions.

Luggage Policy And Costs

If you have additional luggage, the airline may charge you a luggage fee. It’s important to note that most airlines charge luggage fees for even the first checked-in bag. You can find the specific luggage fees for each airline on our Baggage Fees page. The cost of luggage fees varies and can range from $40 to over $200 per checked bag, depending on its size and weight. Please be aware that these fees are payable directly to the airline.

Luggage Policy On Connecting Flights

On any connecting flights involving multiple airlines, you may need to retrieve your luggage at the connecting airport and check it in again to continue your journey. If you have excess luggage, you will need to pay any applicable excess luggage fees charged by each airline. It is important to note that many airlines now charge baggage fees for the first checked bag. To determine the baggage fees charged by individual airlines, please refer to our Baggage Fees page.

Airline Special Services

From time to time, and depending on the airline, we may offer you the option to request airline optional services through us in connection with your ticket(s). These optional services may include, but is not limited to, pre-reserved seat assignments and checked luggage.

The airline will provide such optional services to you, and their purchase price shall be in addition to the ticket price and subject to the availability and terms of use of each airline. Any service fees we charge for requesting such optional services on your behalf are non-refundable for services rendered, and we do not guarantee that the airline will honor such requests. We strongly encourage you to check the restrictions the airline operating your flight may have in connection with the optional products and services you request through us.

You acknowledge that we are acting as a marketing agent with respect to any airline’s optional services. You agree that our entire aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your request for any optional services or products through us is limited to the purchase price of such services or products. We strongly encourage you to contact the operating carrier to resolve any issues regarding the use and availability of any such optional services.

AIRLINES SCHEDULE CHANGES/FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes

All airlines have different rules and policies regarding schedule changes. Due to the operational needs of each airline, changes are often made to the flights they are currently operating. Typically, these changes are a projection of travel needs for future dates, but they can also reflect same-day changes. Types of changes can include flight number changes, time changes, routing, date changes, and cancellations. Cancellations may occur when an airline has temporarily or permanently canceled service to certain cities or on certain days of the week.

There are several reasons for cancellations or schedule changes, such as peak or high travel seasons, low travel seasons, airport terminal gate changes, fuel prices, civil unrest, and bankruptcy. FlyerAdvisors.Com assumes no liability whatsoever for missed flights, flights that are canceled, or flights that do not connect due to any schedule changes made by the airlines.

Our Policy on Schedule Changes

We construct each itinerary to inform the client about any schedule changes. However, it’s always advisable to contact the airline directly to confirm the details of your flights within 72 hours prior to departure.

Airline-Initiated Schedule Change(s)

Airlines usually make involuntary schedule changes due to various reasons, such as changes in flight duration, layover time, travel date, flight number, or terminal changes. These modifications are initiated by the airline and are beyond our control. Some of these changes may occur unexpectedly, even while you’re in transit.

If your airline makes changes to your flight itinerary, you won’t be responsible for any modification fees or transportation costs.

If you receive an update on the day of departure or at the last minute, it’s advisable to speak with an agent at the airline counter. During severe weather, options may be limited, and even if it’s sunny where you are, there may be inclement weather at your destination. It’s always recommended to check the airline’s website and weather channels for airport updates.

If it’s the day of departure, it’s best to contact the airline directly for any information or assistance needed.

Customer’s Responsibility And Reservation Re-confirmation

It is always your responsibility to confirm flights with the airline 24 to 72 hours prior to departure. You should also check your emails periodically for updates regarding flight schedules and respond promptly.

If you booked your flight directly with a helpdesk agent, it’s your responsibility to review and confirm all flight details, including flight numbers, airline names, dates, and routing, as well as any changes to the airport. If you notice any discrepancies in your itinerary, please contact a FlyerAdvisors.Com customer service agent immediately, within four hours of booking.

If you fail to contact us within four hours of completing the booking, we will consider the booking to be valid, and we will not be responsible for any inconsistencies in your reservation thereafter. We recommend that you review and print or save your itinerary for your records.

Customer Notification

Depending on the departure date, once we receive the modification from the airline, we will aim to send at least two emails and make one outbound call. If you don’t contact either FlyerAdvisors.Com or the airline before your departure, you risk missing your flights, forfeiting the value of your tickets, and potentially having your travel postponed by one or two days, or even several weeks, before the airline can accommodate you.

Once you’ve contacted FlyerAdvisors.Com, we will reach out to the carrier or airline on your behalf to find a resolution. In rare cases, the only solution may be a flight refund. However, if a client fails to fulfill their commitment, they may miss their flight, lose the value of their reservation, and alternative options may not be available.

We will try to work with the carrier to rebook the traveler, but ultimately, it depends on the carrier or airline involved. If the carrier cannot reschedule the client, we will request a cancellation and refund.

Overbooking Of Flights

Airline flights may sometimes be overbooked, and there’s a chance that a seat may not be available on a flight that a person who has a confirmed reservation. Each airline has its own policies for handling such situations, which are outlined in the airline’s contract of carriage.

Unaccompanied Minor

Each airline has its own rules and regulations regarding minors aged five through seventy (age requirements may vary by airline) traveling without adult supervision. It’s important to check with the airline for age requirements, restrictions, and fees, as these policies can change at any time. Some airlines may not allow minors to travel without an adult, while others may only permit minors to travel on non-stop flights. Additionally, when two or more unaccompanied minors are traveling together, anyone under the age of eighteen is not considered an adult. Some airlines may also require an additional fee to be paid upon arrival. It’s important to contact the airline directly to confirm the rules and limitations for minors traveling alone.

Visa And Entry Requirements

Customers are advised to check the necessary documentation, such as transit or entry visas, required for the country they are traveling to or from. FlyerAdvisors.Com cannot be held responsible if the required travel documents are not available, resulting in a denial of boarding.

Please note that your transaction with FlyerAdvisors.Com does not guarantee entry into your destination. You acknowledge that FlyerAdvisors.Com assumes no responsibility for determining a traveler’s eligibility to enter or transit through a specific destination.

Legal Jurisdiction And Governing Law

The policy of this website, as well as any disputes or legal actions arising from or related to it, including disputes or claims not related to a contract, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.

According to federal law, it is prohibited to pack dangerous materials in your luggage. Violations may result in imprisonment for up to five years and a fine of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). For example, items such as paint, fireworks, tear gas, batteries, and radiopharmaceuticals are prohibited. However, small amounts (up to 70 ounces) of medical and toiletry items are exempt if carried in your carry-on bag, as well as certain smoking items. Please contact your airline for more information.

Chargebacks Policy

At FlyerAdvisors.Com, we understand that sometimes disputes arise between customers and merchants, which is why we have a chargeback policy in place to protect both parties. If you believe that a charge on your credit card statement is incorrect or unauthorized, you can initiate a chargeback by contacting your credit card company. However, before doing so, we recommend that you first contact us to try and resolve the issue.

If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide all necessary documentation to the credit card company to support our position. If the chargeback is found to be valid, we will refund the disputed amount, minus a $50 chargeback fee to cover administrative costs. If the chargeback is found to be invalid or fraudulent, we reserve the right to take legal action to recover any fees(Varies from $500-$200) or damages incurred as a result.

It is important to note that initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in additional fees and legal action. We encourage all customers to contact us first to try to find a satisfactory resolution to any disputes.

General Restrictions

All flights should be confirmed directly with the airline, as last-minute schedule changes may occur. It is recommended to reconfirm at least 24 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 72 hours prior to departure for flights to Hawaii and international destinations. Upgrades and standbys may not be allowed in most cases, as this is the responsibility of the respective airlines. Please note that many of our discounted tickets do not qualify for frequent flyer mileage accumulation.

All seat requests will be forwarded to the airline, but please be advised that not all requests can be guaranteed. If you require immediate confirmation of your seat or have special requests such as “stretcher assistance” or “wheelchair,” please contact the airline directly.

These are government taxes collected at the airports and are not included in the initial ticket prices.

Please note that a fee will be charged for travel receipts requested for bookings made one year or more in advance. It is important to keep in mind that FlyerAdvisors.Com will not be held responsible if proper travel documents, such as a transit or entry visa, are not available and you are denied boarding.
